Case Overview

Keller Rohrback L.L.P. represents U.S. airline passengers in an antitrust class action lawsuit against the four largest commercial airlines in the United States—American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, and United Airlines. The complaint alleges that the airlines and their co-conspirators secretly conspired to raise the prices of air passenger transportation services for flights within the United States through agreements to limit capacity. The case is proceeding in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Settlement Status

On October 19, 2018, Notice was transmitted to potential Settlement Class Members and published as authorized by the Court. Case Status

Defendants moved to dismiss the consolidated complaint, a motion denied in October 2016. A copy of the operative complaint can be reviewed in the Case Documents section below.

Litigation is now proceeding to discovery, including discovery of both defendants and many third parties. Discovery will continue through 2018 and into 2019.
