Potato Price Fixing

This claim, filed under Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §  1 and proceeding in the United States District Court for Idaho, concerns allegations of a conspiracy to raise prices for potatoes.  As a result of this activity, the plaintiffs paid artificially higher prices for potatoes than absent the conspiracy, sums they seek to recover through this lawsuit.

In December of 2011 the Court denied in large part motions to dismiss filed by various defendants.
