Pampers Diapers with Dry Max

On September 28, 2011, the Court gave final approval to a class action settlement in the Dry Max Pampers Litigation, proceeding in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division. Plaintiffs sued defendants Procter & Gamble Co., Procter & Gamble Paper Products Co., and Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC (collectively P&G) for consumer protection law violations relating to the marketing and sales of Dry Max Pampers.
