Keller Rohrback currently represents plaintiffs in proposed class action litigation filed against Defendants Intelius, Inc. and Intelius Sales, LLC regarding Intelius' charging unsuspecting consumers that used Intelius' internet "people search" and telephone number search services for un-related post-transaction and in-cart sales and services. Consumers were unknowingly charged monthly "subscription" fees for services that they did not intend to purchase. The complaint in Keithly, et al. v. Intelius was filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington on October 19, 2009. On May 28, 2010, Keller Rohrback was appointed Interim Lead Co-Counsel in this matter. An Amended Consolidated Complaint was filed on July 22, 2010.
